Manuela Mondloch PhD, Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow

Guided by the belief that therapy is a collaborative partnership, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges by blending clinical expertise with genuine human connection.

Treatment Approaches:

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on evidence-based treatments. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor my therapeutic approach to incorporate the unique strengths, values, and life circumstances of each client. My goal is to provide practical, scientifically grounded tools while maintaining a warm, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard, appreciated, and understood.

Career Path:

I have dedicated over 8 years to working as a therapist, while building a diverse career path within the mental health care system:

  • Case Management & Master’s-Level Therapy: Spent 3 years providing vital care and coordination within the treatment care system and 4 years working as a master’s-level therapist.

  • Doctoral Training: Earned a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) to deepen clinical expertise

  • Albuquerque Psychiatry & Psychology: Joined the practice in 2025 as a post-doctoral fellow after an intentional break to raise my young family

Personal Interests:

I enjoy reading, gardening, running, weight training and practicing yoga. I relish my time spent with family and friends.

Populations Served:

I welcome individuals across the lifespan, providing age-appropriate, tailored specific support for: children (ages 8+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Years in Practice:

8+
